Thank you for choosing EasyClicks Technologies. We aim to ensure a transparent and fair experience regarding all financial transactions and service commitments.

7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund Guarantee

At EasyClicks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide a 7-day cooling-off period for all new projects. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our initial service, strategy, or communication, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of the service deposit paid, provided the request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of the first payment.

Step 3: Our billing team will review the request and respond within 48 business hours.
Step 4: If approved, funds are transferred back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

5. Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to reach out to us directly to resolve any dissatisfaction. Filing a dispute through a credit card company or bank (Chargebacks) without contacting us first will result in immediate termination of all digital assets, including hosting, email services, and code access.
